1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Start a Return
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

To request a return, please contact us at Whatsapp with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–6 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
